U.S. Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade items may occasionally require a little additional preparation time.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product. Most orders arrive within approximately 5–8 business days after processing. Some Kitchen Accents fulfilled by our shipping partners may take approximately 7–15 business days.
• Express Shipping: Express shipping may be available on eligible orders at checkout.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
• Multiple Packages: Because some items are handmade by us and others may be fulfilled by one of our shipping partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
• Delays: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
